/ time plan"
Thoughts which I allow to enter into my work

The theme of my work is "Homeostasis in a flowing moment"
I can retain my actual physiological Self,
because it changes constantly like a dynamic equilibrium.
The seasons of the year, repeating Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter,
are not the same as in the year before and,
like the relationship between Atman and Brahman are flowing and constant.
My work researches this relationship and the contradiction
between Atman and Brahman concerning this flow and constancy.

The picture of butterflies and flowers, which I use as themes,
is also always a flowing moment in time.

A butterfly, which shows its shimmering colours in flight,
with a complete metamorphic shape,
in which a larva turns into a pupa and a pupa into a fully developed butterfly.
You can feel the fragility, strength and beauty of the natural providence of flowers,
which blossom from buds, wither and sow new flowers.
Perhaps my productivity is aimed at keeping them in our memories and visualising them.

I think it is part of the Japanese identity,
that we accept flowing and transitory things as they are,
how they appear in Nature and we try to mature spiritually whilst co-existing with this Nature.

I would like to interpret the symbiosis of various cultures,
the symbiosis of parts and of the whole,
the symbiosis of without and within,
the symbiosis of history and the present and
the aesthetic meaning of the symbiosis of nothingness and
existence and paint beyond the categorization of Japanese style painting.
