In 2007, he started up an artist group and started "Gallon" with 6 writers and researchers.
In 2019, it was set in the former Toyoji Wada residence (nationally registered tangible cultural property)
at Homon Kaikan in Oyama Town, Shizuoka Prefecture.

Later, it developed into a local art festival as "Oyama Toyomon Arts Festival".
